• A one-time placement fee, only 15% of the candidate's total annual compensation, reflecting your selected search level.

Additionally, be aware that a nanny from the Nanny Portal Agency may expect:

• A minimum hourly rate of $30-$35, adjusted according to the specific skills, role details, and background of our nannies, alongside your expectations and the geographic location.

• Comprehensive benefits including health insurance and/or a healthcare stipend, paid time off, sick leave, and other standard professional privileges.
